Jennifer Granick, a Zwillgen attorney, has accepted a position as the new General Counsel of Worldstar, LLC, one of the firm’s clients and will shortly be leaving the firm. Worldstar, LLC is the company responsible for the website, selected by BET for two years running as the best website for hip hop fans around the world. The site includes exclusive interviews, music video premieres, celebrity gossip and outrageous user footage, as well as an online dating site, and talent agency. Having worked with founder Lee ‘Q’ O’Denat over the past year on a number of different legal issues, Ms. Granick was a natural choice to head Worldstar’s legal group beginning in early January.

Marc Zwillinger  congratulates Worldstar on its selection. “Jennifer’s recruitment is well-deserved and a credit to the excellent reputation that she and our firm have developed within the entertainment industry. She was also a lot of fun to work with, and we will miss her.” ZwillGen w is in the process of identifying a new litigator for its California office.
