Ohio Adopts Pioneering Cybersecurity Safe Harbor for Companies

Ohio has become the first state to enact legislation providing safe harbor for businesses that implement a written cybersecurity program that “reasonably conforms” to certain cybersecurity frameworks or laws to protect personal information.
